UK Shipping:
Your order will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail 48 Tracked. VAT is not charged on your order. 

EU Shipping:
Your order will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail International Tracked. It can take 3-5 working days to reach the destination country, where it will then be handed over to a local courier to deliver to you. This will be trackable via the tracking number provided. Please note that VAT on this product may apply depending on your country's import rules. If this is the case, it will be charged by customs before being released to you. Please note that HAYF does not take responsibility for any additional customs or import charges required by the destination country. We advise you to check if you may be charged customs/import charges before placing your order.

Worldwide Shipping:
International Tracked - Your order will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail International Tracked. It can take 5-7 working days to reach the destination country, where it will then be handed over to a local courier to deliver to you. This will be trackable via the tracking number provided.

International Economy - Your order will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail International Economy. The time it can take to to reach the destination country varies, and can be found on the Royal Mail website. Please note that economy parcels take longer than tracked parcels, and are not trackable.
